…verificadas (Bitcoindefi#4) Adds jurisdicciones/tucuman.md: institutional framework (CSJT acordadas incl. expediente digital reglamento 1562/22), five-fuero table with primary-source verified numbers (CPCCT Ley 6176 consolidated text from the Poder Judicial site + new 9531 flagged pending vigencia check, nuevo CPP Ley 8933 in force since 2020 with transition Ley 9675 until sept-2026, familia Ley 9581/9924), plazos notes covering the digital-filing rules and feria/gracia verification slots, SAIJ query syntax, and official sources each tested accessible. Unverified items ship as pending markers per CONTRIBUTING.

⚠️ Quality: Pending marker uses '□' instead of repo convention '🔲'
CONTRIBUTING.md establishes '🔲 verificación pendiente' as the (non-negotiable) marker for unverified items, and every other file in the repo uses the emoji 🔲 (71 matches across 16 files, incl. jujuy.md/salta.md/caba-nacional.md). tucuman.md instead uses the plain WHITE SQUARE character '□' (U+25A1) in all 16 spots and zero '🔲'. Any skill, tooling, or human that greps for '🔲' to surface pending items (e.g. the verification/audit skills) will silently miss every pending item in Tucumán. Replace all '□' occurrences with '🔲' to match the established convention.
